With this Add-on for Super Forms you can attach a CSV file with all the form data to your emails. Optionally you can exclude specific fields.

• end CSV attachment with form data to the admin email
• The filename of the attachment
• Choose what value to save for checkboxes & radio buttons
• Exclude fields from CSV file (put each field name on a new line)

Requires Super Forms v2.5.0 or higher.
